Dr. Malte Masloff advises national and international clients primarily in real estate and labour law issues. With regards to real estate he focuses on transactions (asset-/share-deals) and non-recourse financing, but also on asset-management and construction. Being registered specialist solicitor for labour law he consults in individual and collective labour law issues, e.g. employment contracts or restructuring. Expertise in inheritance law and litigation does complete his scope of work.
